During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with two key aspects. the beautiful location amidst the stunning mountains created a truly magical atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. the spa facilities were exceptional and provided the ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding area. the knowledge and helpfulness of the host was a major advantage - from ordering food to providing information, they truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. It was disappointing to arrive late and find no milk or coffee available, only tea.

Some guests complained about a lack of cleanliness in the room, and the need for more cleaning during longer stays.

The hotel is located just 400 meters from the Szymoszkowa Ski Lift, making it convenient for skiing with the family. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel also had a lovely garden with a great playground for children. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this property again when visiting Zakopane.

My children wanted a swimming pool in the hotel.

The property's location was perfect - walking distance to the ski slope. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfy. The spa facility was great and the check in/check out process was easy.
